Police: Missing Atlanta man has mental capacity of 7-year-old
A Mattie’s Call has been issued for a missing Atlanta man who has the mental capacity of a 7-year-old, according to police.
Steffon Vontress, 23, was reported missing by his grandmother, and was last seen at his home on Browning Street on May 8th. Police say he walks in a slumped state and is new to the area.
Vontress suffers from cerebral palsy and has scars on his scalp, police said.
He is described as a black male, 5’11” tall, weighing between 145 and 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a dark grey t-shirt and black Jordan sneakers.
