Lovett School takes goslings under its wing.

Students at one local school have a new reason to be excited about science class. Jim Crowley, a teacher at The Lovett School, has taken two baby geese under his wing. Crowley discovered the young birds during a field trip to the Chattahoochee River this week. Lovett’s annual “Raft Day” introduces tenth grade students to the river and the challenges it faces. The students see the river by raft and pick up trash along the banks. Crowley believes someone may have dropped off the goslings …
